STRONG STRUCTURE

Vinyl ester resin falls between the polyester and epoxy resin when it comes to different characteristics and cost.  It has a longer molecular chain than polyester resin which helps it absorb impact better than polyester and it shrinks less.  There is also less chance of de-lamination when using VE resin.  Vinyl ester can be used as a final coat after polyester resin to create a better water barrier.
Vinyl Ester resin is also more resistant to solvents and water degradation.  It is typically used in Theralux Spas.

Reinforced Finish

Framing

Quality pressure-treated wood structure  (50-year life expectancy, meets  environmental standards). Removable side panels. Anti-moisture ABS plastic base for increased stability and heat retention. Base and frame with ThermoFoilTM protection. Frame is bonded to shell.

Dynacrete Base

Made of recycled acrylic and resin. Isolates frame bottom from moisture. The structure’s flat base prevents the creation of air pockets, thus ensuring increased stability and foot support rigidity. The most durable and solid spas in the industry.

Reinforced Finish

Lucite® Cast Acrylic and reinforced fiberglass finish to ensure strength and durability. Hand rolled process eliminates air pockets  which can cause separation.
